When is the best time to book a Disney vacation?

How do Lightning Lanes work?
Disney uses Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass (which replaced the old Genie+ system) to let guests bypass standby lines. For the ultimate luxury, Lightning Lane Premier Pass allows one-time access to every eligible line-skipping lane in a park without making reservations. Because booking windows and rules get complex, your specialist will guide you through exactly when and how to buy them.
Can you apply a new Disney discount if one comes out after I book?
Yes! We continuously monitor Disney’s promotional releases. If a new promo or room discount drops that applies to your travel dates and resort category, we will automatically apply it to your existing reservation to save you money.

What is typically included in the price of a cruise?
Your fare covers your stateroom, ocean transportation, entertainment, and standard onboard dining (main dining room, buffet, and casual spots). It typically does not include specialty restaurants, alcohol, sodas, shore excursions, Wi-Fi, or crew gratuities—though we can often bundle these into a package for you.
Do I need a passport to go on a cruise?
Note: While "Closed-Loop" cruises (beginning and ending at the same U.S. port) technically allow U.S. citizens to travel with a birth certificate and government photo ID, we strongly recommend a valid passport. If an unexpected emergency requires you to fly home from a foreign port, you cannot board an international flight without one.

How many days do I need to fully experience Universal Orlando?
To comfortably experience Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay water theme park—and the groundbreaking Epic Universe—we recommend a minimum of 4 days. A Park-to-Park ticket is highly recommended so you can ride the Hogwarts Express between the parks.
Can you help me book special events like Halloween Horror Nights?
Yes! Universal’s special events are incredibly popular and require separate admission tickets. We can secure your event tickets, add-on Express Passes, and hotel packages the moment they go on sale.
